Georgia Park is a full service residential development nestled in 16 acres of lush landscaped land. The residences provides a tranquil oasis in close proximity to the city. Inspiring from the natural history of Bengaluru, Georgia Park boasts of the entire ground level as one large Garden which are connected by Building Lobbies and Amenities. The strategically created man made stream keeps the micro climate of the park and residences cooler than the surrounding areas. The water body also doubles as a rain catchment area which replenishes ground water. Project Location: Little rock, Arkansas

Size : 228,700 SQFT

White Rock condominiums was designed to be an affordable condominium by the river. The affordability was achieved by efficient space planning. The design for the building drew inspiration from the historic fabric of the area. Positioned to attract young professionals and families, the building’s exterior and interior material palates were a composition of brick, timber, steel and glass. The Ground+4 “town home style” design has many kinds of condos available including Ground floor duplexes, Top floor lofts, Studios and 1.5 BHK units. The waterfront promenade is a beautifully landscaped area which is semi private. The edge of the promenade is a part of a larger public park system.

Project Name: Muttur Villa Development

Project Location: Doddaballapur

Size: 12 Acres

AA's master plan for a sustainable and efficient residential community looks to set a new benchmark for ecologically sensitive and affordable development in Bangalore. Drawing inspiration from the roots of old Bangalore, the design of the master plan is centered on a park space. The community level park spaces, street level park spaces and streets are weaved into a pedestrian centric master plan. 4 unique villa designs were developed to comply with Vaastu. Thoughtful spatial planning in the villas led to efficiently planned service and wet areas with open concept living spaces. All villas have "park views" with an option to add a roof garden. The development also features a 16000 SQFT clubhouse with a gym, spa, indoor games, gathering spaces, indoor/outdoor deck with barbecue. 

Project Name: Whitefield Mixed use Development

Project location: Whitefield, Bangalore

Size: 327,000 SQFT

Soaring at approximately 400 Ft above the surrounding city scape, the tower at the Hoodi circle junction reflects the immediate landscape of technology and innovation. The design creates a minimalistic yet bold, new urban center where culture, work, home and play come together within a modern timeless structure that embodies the cities traditions and aspirations. The podium of the tower houses a triple height (35 feet) high atrium, surrounded by retail and F&B spaces. The atrium is designed to have large scale artwork and installations in place.  The 32 storey tower has 5 levels of serviced studio apartments and 22 levels of residences. The top 2 levels are planned to house a rooftop restaurant/bar with an observation deck. The deceptively curved building has semi open break out spaces at alternate levels creating cascading roof gardens/terraces along the façade of the tower. The interior planning of the units are strongly driven by Vaastu- Shastra, an ancient Indian science/doctrine of directional alignment and movement of air, light and energy.

Project Name: Lattice

Project location: Brooklyn, New York

Size: 18,000 SQFT

Lattice is a small boutique office space in Brooklyn, New York. The building tapers into the rear yard space which creates a courtyard breakout space for the tenants. The conference /meeting rooms of the building look into the courtyard. The building maximizes built environment allowed and makes massing moves to create opportunities for more usable space. The façade comprises of a curtain wall system integrated with a custom fabricated lattice structure that also facilitates rain water harvesting. The roof of the building has large potted plants and seating with a view of downtown Brooklyn and lower Manhattan

Project Name: Pendleton Place

Project Location: North Bangalore

Size: 21 Acres

The Pendleton place is a multi-phased project with its first phase focused on the retail, commercial and corporate residences. Phase one is envisioned as one mega block that is 2 levels of Retail, I large block of commercial office space and 2 towers, T1 with corporate and serviced residences and T2 with a business hotel. The parking structure is tucked away on the back side of the retail podium with a green façade. The master plan envisions the place to be densely developed and ensures that the built environment feels open and connected through large landscaped plazas, green terraces and walls, etc. Five residential towers and one office tower with an extensively landscaped site is planned for the upcoming phases.
